Zayla stole the crown from the museum and faced the Secret Warriors and managed to steal all their powers.

She started setting fires in the city and tried to talk to her parents, but they paid her no attention. Zayla escaped taking Dante's powers with her when his friends arrived.

She next attacked a girl to attract Dante and take away his powers. At home, her mother made fun of her daughter for not having powers and Zayla put on a necklace and after momentarily removing her parents' powers, she discovered that she could take away the powers from others just by touching them with her hand. The next night, she accompanied her parents to steal jewels from the museum and, not being able to steal a crown, they escaped with the jewels they stole. She went on a school trip to a museum where she accidentally set an alarm and in that same place she met two superheroes who they took out of the museum.
